Our Seat Search service is designed to give you the best possible chance at grabbing these seats when they drop. To make sure we work smoothly together, here are a few simple guidelines so you know exactly what to expect.

A Seat Search is a dedicated monitoring service where I track reward seat availability on your behalf for specific routes, dates, and cabins. We check availability regularly and notify you when suitable seats appear.

Seat Search Service – This is best if you’re not sure where to start. Maybe you want to get to Europe in Business Class but don’t know the best routes or options. We’ll guide you, run the searches for you, and then continue monitoring for 1–3 months until something suitable appears.
Reward Seat Notification – This is for the seasoned points collector who already knows exactly what they’re after (specific route, dates, and cabin). You don’t need alternatives or advice, you just want us to monitor and alert you when the seats open up.

Think of this as your exclusive Seat Watch service. We monitor on your behalf so you don’t have to. You can choose to do a search in parallel, but please notify us as soon as you find the seats so we can stop the search on our end. Please remember that the initial search fee charged at the start is non-refundable.

Your booking request is locked to the original parameters you select in the intake form (route, cabin, number of passengers, date range). Any additional routes or changes are considered a new Seat Search request and may require an additional fee.

We monitor availability regularly based on the programs and routes chosen. Seat drops happen unpredictably, so persistence and timing matter. You’ll be notified as soon as suitable seats appear.

Depending on how far out your planned trip is, standard monitoring runs until your travel date or for the period agreed at the start (e.g. 1–3 months). If you’d like monitoring beyond this, we can extend the service period - subject to extension fees.

No. While we have strong insights into trends and drops, reward availability is controlled by the airline. Our role is to give you the best chance of securing them.

Unfortunately, reward seats are never guaranteed. If no seats become available during your search window, your fee covers the monitoring service and expert effort put into tracking. You can always choose to extend the monitoring window or start a new search with adjusted parameters.

We will provide you with the details (flight numbers, dates, times, points required, taxes/fees) and a screenshot to prove the availability at the time of search. If you require detailed guidance and instructions, you will need to submit a request for the Detailed Booking Guide instead.

Yes, as long as you hold accounts or balances in those programs and provide me with your preferences in the intake form.

Cancellations are possible but non-refundable once the search has begun, as time and resources are allocated upfront.

Reward seats can disappear within minutes once they’re released. We’ll notify you as soon as I see the seats, but we have no control over how quickly they are booked by other travellers. Acting fast is essential, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee availability by the time you log in to complete your booking.
