At The Points World (thepointsworld.com.au), we strive to provide high-quality digital products and advisory services to help you maximise your travel rewards. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides & Downloadables)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at hello@thepointsworld.com.au, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where Australian Consumer Law applies (e.g., if the product was not delivered or was significantly different from the description).
2. Advisory Services (Strategy Sessions & Q&A Services)
Payments for strategy sessions, dedicated Q&A services, and other advisory offerings are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
Our services provide general guidance only and do not guarantee specific travel outcomes, availability of reward seats, or financial benefits.
3. Exceptional Cases & Consumer Rights
We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service:
Is faulty, not delivered, or significantly different from what was described.
Cannot be provided due to an issue on our end.
Refunds will not be provided for:
A change of mind after purchase.
Not achieving a specific travel redemption result.
Misunderstanding the nature of our products or services.
